Hotel Klosterpforte

The Hotel-Residence Klosterpforte covers a lavish 180.000 m². Twenty buildings are surrounded by generous parks and gardens with ancient trees inviting you to linger and stroll. Our 151 rooms are lovingly furnished with great attention to detail. You can choose between comfortable accommodation in country house style or modern minimalism in our sports hotel. In our hotel-and gastronomy areas we offer excellent Service and a passionate kitchen with regional and national dishes with Westphalian touch. For conferences, seminars, trainings sessions etc. the Hotel-Residence Klosterpforte provides a total of thirteen modern and excellently furnished conference rooms. The rooms are equipped with comprehensive technology. Any further requirements can be coordinated with our competent event department. During the summer month, the adjacent terraces with chairs are an ideal venue for open air conferences, and for the occasional break from programmed events.

In our swimming pool and sauna area in the main building you will find the best way to relax. You can work up a real sweat at 90 degrees in the Finnish sauna. Alternatively, you can enjoy our steam bath. To cool off afterwards you can go into the separate relaxation room or in the outdoor area. The swimming pool is in the middle of our sauna area and is available at all times.

In our wellness area at the sports hotel you can relax and rest your body and soul. There is a steam bath, sauna, water massage and a relaxation room. Depending on the temperature outside, a jump into the natural swimming pond will refresh you.

The wellness area at the sports hotel is not open on a daily basis. We will open it up for you by prior arrangement or in the case of group bookings.
